Brushless Motor delivers longer runtimes, less maintenance and better power control
Low Noise, High Air Flow and impressively compact
Oil-Free Design
Built-In roll cage protects motor and compression units
Cut-In Pressure & Cut-Out Pressure control
The Makita AC001G 40V XGT Brushless Air Compressor is a lightweight and impressively portable compressor to be used with a select range of 18GA nail guns.
Developed primarily to used for interior nailing work, the AC001 is ideal for non-intensive working. The low-noise compressor has a rigid roll cage as part of its design to protect the motor and compression units when being transported to and from site.
The oil-free design along with brushless motor ensure low maintenance requirements allowing you to get on with the job at hand. With a maximum tank pressure of 9.3bar, tank capacity of 7.6L, this not only reaches full pressure within 2 minutes, but delivers a high sir flow rate of 34L/min at a pressure of 0.62Mpa.
To conserve power as well as ensuring your safety, the compressor features ‘Cut-In Pressure’ and ‘Cut-out Pressure’ controls:
Cut in pressure: While the motor is off, air tank pressure drops as you continue to use your accessory or air tool. When the tank pressure drops to a certain level, the motor will restart automatically.
Cut out pressure: When you turn on your air compressor, it begins to run, air pressure in the air tank begins to build. It builds to a certain pressure before the motor automatically shuts off protecting your air tank from pressure higher than its design rating.
In particular, this is ideal for the AF353, At638A, AF506 AF601 nail guns.
At the heart of this tool is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.

Brushless motor delivers longer runtimes, less maintenance and better power control
9.7 Bar / 140 PSI, 31 l/min @ 7 BAR (Free Air Delivery), 0.3kW / 0.4HP
Offers cordless solution for corded tools
OneTurn Regulator for easy operation
Use with FLEXVOLT Batteries to maximise potential
The Dewalt DCC1018N-XJ 18V XR Brushless Compressor brings cordless flexibility to a select range of ‘corded’ tools.
Ideal for nail guns, breakdown services, emergency services furniture builders and more, the DCC1018 brushless compressor delivers an increased level of manoeuvrability and reliability to a wide range of tools.
Utilising both 18V and FLEXVOLT Batteries, when used with a FLEXVOLT battery, the compressor delivers up to 9.1bars (140PSI) of pressure. The quiet operation compressor is impressively lightweight compared to other cordless, and indeed, to corded versions.
The compressor, with 10litre tank and Free Air Delivery of 31 l/min @ 7bar, provides incredible performance levels and optimal capacity with 0.3kW / 0.4HP output power.
The OneTurn Regulator saves time and provides consistent performance. But what is OneTurn…? Traditionally, compressors have two separate gauges, one that measures tank pressure, and the other that measures the actual regulated output pressure flowing through the couplers and into the air tools. To adjust the regulated pressure on these compressors, you have to turn the regulator knob and wait for the regulated pressure gauge to catch up. Rather than having a separate regulated pressure gauge, the regulated pressure is controlled by the OneTurn regulator. The user is able to set the OneTurn regulator knob to the desired BAR and the compressor will then self regulate (just like the knob on a gas stove that controls the flame).
The DCC1018 Compressor is encased in a heavy duty role cage for increased durability along with a rubber base, that not only enhances stability, but also prevents the compressor from ‘walking’ when in operation.
