What Are Rewards Points & How Do I Use Them? * Update: 1st April 2025 *

Enjoy Rewards Points you can actually use. Each time you spend with us, you will earn Rewards Points that can be redeemed against your next purchase. You can view your rewards points balance in the ‘My Account’ section of the website under ‘My Rewards Points’. When you are ready to use your points, just proceed to checkout as normal and use the the option ‘Apply Discount’ where you can use all or a chosen amount of your rewards points towards your purchase.

We have today moved over to a more user friendly version of our points/rewards/wallet system. So now you earn cash back to your wallet rather than in the form of points. You can then checkout using your wallet for payments. Basically, we’ve moved all site credit wins / cash back (Rewards) in to one place.

What if I have points already that I haven’t used yet?

You can still use them to apply discount to your purchase as normal.

However we are requesting that customers use their points balance up before 30th July 2025 23:59hrs.

Any points not used before this date will be lost and sadly cannot be recalled / re-credited.
