Better temperature control with ProTemp iQ*: Use the control panel to select your cook mode below, monitor temperature and select manual time and temperature. Enjoy precise cooking with edge-to-edge heat. An even temperature also helps reduce smoke, splatters and prevents food from sticking.
Grill/Flat Plate Mode: Use the dial to select between Low, Medium or High settings for versatile grilling, searing, stir frying and more.
Custom Temp Mode: Select a specific temperature using the dial. ProTemp iQ’s preheat detection shows you when your chosen temperature is reached on the control panel. And no matter how many burgers or lamb sausages you have on the grill, it maintains the temperature for consistent cooking results.
Cook with the lid up, down or removed: Three versatile ways to cook. A closed lid offers extra ambient heat when melting cheese for the perfect cheese toastie sandwich, cheeseburger or a cafe-style panino. You can also cook with the lid up or remove it entirely – ideal to make fried rice, miso-marinated mushrooms and grill teppanyaki vegetables for a Japanese-themed dinner party.
