The advanced tooth design features 3.5 teeth per inch with a positive 10 degree tooth angle, allowing faster cuts, improved heat dispersion and longer lasting sharpness when working in demanding materials.
Deeper curved gullets improve chip clearance, helping to prevent clogging and heat build up when drilling through metal, timber and composite materials.
Each holesaw is manufactured using Matrix II premium high speed steel with 8 percent cobalt content, ensuring the teeth retain hardness even at high operating temperatures.
The bi metal construction uses laser welded teeth that are vacuum hardened to 65HRC at 600C, delivering exceptional durability and long service life.
A 1.27mm thick steel holesaw body provides the ideal balance of rigidity and elasticity, maintaining shape under load while delivering an effective cutting depth of 41mm.
The reinforced thick steel back plates prevent hole enlargement over time and reduce vibration, especially on larger diameter holesaws.
