The helmet features a foam suspension system that provides consistent impact performance, regardless of where the impact occurs. Paired with a breathable, washable, and replaceable sweatband and crown liner, it ensures you stay comfortable throughout your workday.
Adjusting the fit is straightforward, thanks to the easy-to-use wheel ratchet adjustment system, accommodating head sizes from 52 to 68 cm.
Certified to EN 12492:2012 and EN 397:2012 standards, the BOLT 200 Vented Helmet is suitable for both ground-level and working-at-height applications. The included EN 12492 certified chinstrap (colour-coded red) ensures the helmet stays securely in place during use.
The Milwaukee BOLT HP EarMuffs from ITS are part of the incredible BOLT safety system. The HP Ear Defenders provide an excellent as well as efficient noise attenuation of SNR = 33dB.
As part of the BOLT system, these can be easily attached to the BOLT Safety helmet delivering a complete protection package.
The defenders allow for both vertical adjustment as well as 360° cup rotation to suit personal comfort and sound deafening.

As part of the BOLT range, this is easily attached or remove to any of the Bolt Safety Helmets without the need for any tools – simply slot in and snap in to place.
While using the face shield with the Bolt helmet, you will still be able to wear safety glasses and maintain 180° field of view.
