The Dewalt DWHT77100 30m Distance Measure is one of the most versatile, compact and tough distance measuring devices available on the market at the moment.
With a range of 30m, this offers an pin sharp accuracy of only +/-2mm difference. The compact device, which can easily sit in a pocket, is particularly suited for internal measuring jobs such as homes, small offices and workshops.
The DWHT77100 provides measurements for volume, area and indirect height with both 2-point and 3-point Pythagorean calculations. This is for when there is no clear line of site between where to need to measure FROM and measure TO.
With your DWHT77100, you can measure two sides of a right-angled triangle, and it will work out the third with its built-in Pythagoras functionality. Similarly, you can get the height of a structure without even being next to it, just by measuring your distance from the base and from the top, and you can measure the width of a building by standing some distance away and taking measurements from there.
Data is recorded in both Metric and Imperial and displayed on a clear screen. The overmould housing ensures a secure grip and slip protection, while the loop hole allows for attachment to a lanyard thereby protecting it against accidental drops.
