The Wera 17 Piece Kraftform Kompakt VDE Extra Slim Screwdriver & Tool Set is a premium 17-piece tool set crafted for safe, efficient electrical work up to 1,000 volts.

Every component has been individually tested at 10,000 volts in compliance with IEC 60900 standards, ensuring maximum user safety under live voltage conditions.

Central to the kit is the 837 i RA bitholding screwdriver featuring an integrated ratchet with fine toothing (40 teeth, 9° return angle), which allows for fast, precise screwdriving without constant repositioning.

Complementing this is the 817 VDE handle designed for seamless compatibility with Wera’s VDE interchangeable blades, allowing users to quickly switch between applications using the easy-change yellow release ring system.

The kit includes 14 VDE-insulated blades at a length of 157 mm, featuring an extra slim shaft profile for deep access into terminal blocks, relays, sockets, and other confined electrical enclosures. These blades are designed with reduced diameters while maintaining insulation integrity, allowing secure manipulation of sunken screws and spring-loaded elements.

With profiles ranging from PH, PZ, PlusMinus, slotted, to TORX®, each blade is equipped with Wera’s Take it easy tool finder system—colour coded by profile and laser engraved with size indicators for quick selection. The blades also include an anti-roll hexagonal design to prevent them from shifting on the work surface.

For added versatility and utility, the set includes a KNIPEX 08 26 185 needle-nose combination plier with a high-leverage power joint, capable of cutting soft to hard wire and holding small workpieces like nails or bolts securely thanks to its milled groove.

Chrome-plated for corrosion resistance and fitted with insulated, multi-component handles, it completes this compact yet comprehensive toolkit.

Housed in a rugged textile belt pouch, which can be attached via integrated hook-and-loop fastener strips to Wera 2go systems or affixed to workshop walls, shelves, or trolleys, this set is built for portability and performance in demanding environments.
